Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The coffee downstairs was ok, and when we asked for a coffee pot and cups from the front they did provide the machine, but no coffee. I’ve stayed at much nicer extended stays before, so this one was very disappointing.
Negatives:
We had NO ICE machine, the elevator was loud and scary because it did t seem to be working properly. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and the floor didn’t look clean. The water was less than lukewarm warm, so we had cold showers, some of the towels were dirty or stained. We had small beds, and the bathroom door would not lock.

Very secure hotel. Card needed to access even the lobby. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Walk to several restaurants.

The security was good. Its in a sketchy spot so its nice that they ID everyone when you come in. There is only one way in so no shady things can take place.
Negatives:
The staff had a really nasty attitude.Every time I asked for anything or wanted help, they were quick to blame it on something else.The elevators broke down.I'm with a six month old baby on the fourth floor I asked to be in a lower area.And they sit there fully booked.I stayed there 4 days. Already had fully paid.So I had no choice but to stay. The refrigerator broke down.Therefore, I had to transfer all of my belongings to another room.And that was really hard with the baby.A dog and just myself. They complained that I dirtied a towel when turning in one of my towels and said I would be charged for it.If the stains didn't come out. They then told me the towels were very expensive, which looks like towels from the 99 cent store. I'll never stay there again.I think i'm a pretty patient person and they were just very rude and not accommodating whatsoever.They told me I can go to another hotel if I didn't like theirs.Which is true, but who talks to people that way.
