I always choose this hotel in Bakersfield because of the pool. It was closed and that was a big disappointment for me because I have to exercise every day. Otherwise, it is a great choice in Bakersfield. It has a very good business room where one can work with good equipment.

Staffing location was very perfect very professional courteous couldn't ask for more.

The room was not up to par, meaning there was animal feces were in the room. It made me and my family feel uncomfortable and did not feel like the rooms were very clean. Horrible experience. Spoke to management, which did move us to a different room but didn't feel comfortable. Wanted and felt like I deserved a refund, it was too late to find another hotel for my family

generally nice hotel. But cost and amenities would probably cause me to stay somewhere else next time

Common area cleanliness was just average. Cost for pet that was not disclosed ahead of time was at a minimum 50% higher than any other hotel we stayed in on trip. food availability was poor and a charge for Breakfast was not expected and is very unusual
