The location, service, food, staff and cleanliness was exceptional. We travel to Bakersfield and have stayed at several places but this one is the best. From management Lisa to front lobby Vivian and Rachel to Terri who helped us with our needs due to my spouse disability, and Shauntia who kept the food coming and areas clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and exceptional. The room was clean, large, and a home away from home.

Easy to find, clean, the breakfast & coffee. Each staff we encountered was very welcoming and friendly. I requested a downstairs due to having 3 littles & i got the closest room to the front lobby which i appreciated.
