Carpet in room dirty and stained. Staff in Breakfast area very rude, pushed her way in front of my husband and slammed the serving utensil down. This occurred the day after she demanded my service dog leave and she became angry.

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Rooms were subpar. Very small closet. No full length mirror. Dresser drawer broken. Couldn't reach toilet paper while sitting on toilet. Free breakfast was undesirable.
