March 19, 2024 Hello People I asked the hotel staff for a room close to the parking lot and on the first floor because I am handicapped. The room was on the other side where I had to park and the distance was difficult to travel. Entering the room

Clean and location house cleaning is the best.

The location and the hotel were fine. However we accidentally left our cell phone in the room and it was not returned to us until 930 the next morning which meant if we had been leaving town we would have had to spend another night when the hotel
Negatives:
Manager had access to it. I didnt like the desk clerk lied to us and said the manager couldnt be reached but she sure showed up to tell me I was banned from the hotel because of it. I have never been so humiliated and angry for unreasonable actions.

Dirty, no lights on outside, towels completely threadbare. No idea how this I could be 2.5 star. Unlikely to book La Quinta again, clearly they need to ensure franchisees maintain standards.

Had an earwig bug in bathroom. No ice bucket. Crumbs on floor.

The price and proximity to the freeway were helpful for a traveler just wanting a place to sleep.

The bathroom door hinges were mostly broken. Only one hinge kept the bathroom door on its hinges. It was a very AVERAGE room.

Uncomfortable.saggy mattress. In need of updating.saw 2 cockroaches. Breakfast was lacking same thing everyday. Was there for 2 weeks. Definatly not was expected from A laquinta. Poor 9ver all experience. Next time I will book holiday inn.
