Positives: The location and the hotel were fine. However we accidentally left our cell phone in the room and it was not returned to us until 930 the next morning which meant if we had been leaving town we would have had to spend another night when the hotel
Negatives: Manager had access to it. I didnt like the desk clerk lied to us and said the manager couldnt be reached but she sure showed up to tell me I was banned from the hotel because of it. I have never been so humiliated and angry for unreasonable actions.

Positives: The room was comfy. The bath was good.I got my room upon arrival. Bed was comfy.
Negatives: Had an earwig bug in bathroom. No ice bucket. Crumbs on floor.

Positives: The price and proximity to the freeway were helpful for a traveler just wanting a place to sleep.
Negatives: The bathroom door hinges were mostly broken. Only one hinge kept the bathroom door on its hinges. It was a very AVERAGE room.
