We arrived late at 1am to break up our drive. We woke up to bed bugs all over my family. All four of us had bites everywhere. We woke up bagging up our clothing and showering immediately to get the heck out of there by 7:30am. They said no refunds because we stayed the night and used the washroom. Pay more and stay somewhere else, I completely regret our stay here!!!

As I walked in the office to register the tile flooring was dirty. Our room the bathroom door was broken hard to close the frig the side door was crush didn’t no if it work or not. Sorry for the rating that I was on the app there is no way this was the right motel . I would like refund all I got the manager was a I’m sorry

Woke up at 12:30 am by office staff saying I had to bay a pet deposit when it was paid at check in. He lied saying they had complaints about the dog barking when he only barked when they knocked on the door in the middle of the night.

The location of the property was no problem, and the grounds were clean.
Negatives:
The bathroom floor around the toilet and tub was not clean. The tub was dirty. The beds were much smaller than expected (just slightly bigger than a twin size bed) so it was a cramped fit for the four of us.
