Received the room late was not ready till 6 bee hive by our room no microwave like it had mentioned and the pool was out of service worst experience

Everything was bad no pool service and homeless around the property asking for money felt unsafe and room was not ready had to ask was told 30 minutes turned into 3 hours and got attitude
