Nothing the place had roaches and was surrounded by drug addicts and prostitutes.
Negatives:
Felt uncomfortable and uneasy the entire time I was there people were knocking on my door in the middle of the night prostitutes were walking around drug addicts were every where over all way worse than expected.

Nothing paid for two nights and I booked a different hotel for a second night

There were roaches, and there was no hot water. I reported it to the front desk but they say they couldn’t help with my stay so I just got a room somewhere else.

The ac and heater worked really well in the room

I got a non smoking room cause I’m pregnant and it recked of cigarettes I had to spray the room with febreeze and the people staying the rooms were being loud going in and out there room stopping in front of my room for no reason I had to tie a cord around the door and put a chair in front just to feel slightly safe. And the bed was broken on one side and wasn’t comfortable at all

It’s right off the freeway

The first room wasn’t clean. In the room we stayed the plug in’s didn’t work. The light switch was broke. The mattress has a hole in it The shower didn’t work great. Towels were terrible. The residents that live at the hotel were loud.

Staff is very helpful and nice, the rooms were very clean as well as the bedding, AC worked very well and filters were clean.
Negatives:
Although I know they have no control over the people around the area, I seen some people that were in their addiction hanging around exposing their use of drugs which makes the hotel look really bad.

No remote for TV. Lots of criminal activity and traffic. Woke up at 1 am to a couple going back and forth arguing in front of my unit. 2:30 AM another couple checked in next door and woke me again, noisy for hours. Walkways and rooms could be cleaner
