Negatives: Everything, very dirty, loud people yelling in the hallways and bugs lots of bugs

Negatives: I'm in room 324 and there is shereiffs and k9 units up here. Can't even come and go at our convenience. Every time I even open my door I'm contacted by a officer. I don't know what's going on but I rented this room so I could peacefully complete a important project for my employer. And not being able to so with the the yelling from officers barking from k9 and constant knocks on the door by police. I don't think it's fair I payed $90 for a room and not able to utilize it as needed. I think a comped night tomorrow or my money back is in order. Hopefully this can be settled in house opposed to having to be in contact with corporate office. I'd appreciate a expedited response. The time frame I had to complete my project has came and gone wasted by constant contact by law enforcement. Thank you

Negatives: There's weird people that hang out outside. Doesn't feel really safe.

Negatives: The neighborhood was a high crime setting, with homeless and troubled people standing around the property to check out the new arrival. The hotel staff agreed that I did not belong there, and that I had made a mistake to book the room. Needless to say, I agreed. The staff suggested I cancel my booking and find a different neighborhood. You think I'm kidding? I dare you - go there and find out for yourself!
