My booking agent predicted a higher than average quality rating. The property was one of the lowest I have ever encountered in my travels.
Negatives:
The neighborhood was a high crime setting, with homeless and troubled people standing around the property to check out the new arrival. The hotel staff agreed that I did not belong there, and that I had made a mistake to book the room. Needless to say, I agreed. The staff suggested I cancel my booking and find a different neighborhood. You think I'm kidding? I dare you - go there and find out for yourself!

I like the attitude and spontaneity of the two ladies that work up front in the office one complimented my jacket and it made me feel so good about myself and I hope to find one for her as well next time I'm out and about in the area because she said that she loved it and I love to see what she looks like in it with a smile on her face you're an employee was very polite to me ask no questions and stood out above any other hotel I've been to in the past. The room was accommodating to me, clean and spacious and I absolutely loved it.the room was perfect thank you so much

Stayed in room 202 internet was very poor, continual humming noise from some sort of generators extract fans in cupboards below, and needs carpet on the floor where remodelling removed it, movement of furniture in room above made it very noisy and under foot.
