Absolutely horrific

The location of the hotel is a quick access to the 99 and there is a bowling alley next door. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. The couple that works keeping the place clean and building maintained are very pleasant and helpful. The woman that runs the front desk was also pleasant and let us check in an hour early.
Negatives:
The lighting was terrible, and the linens were old. They should not say free light breakfast because they do not have breakfast at all. There is coffee only, no hot water or tea bags and a carafe with juice, that is all. You can buy a granola bar for two dollars. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO ADVERTISE FREE BREAKFAST.
The ice machine does not work (and hasn't in a while I was told)

The sheets on my room had all sorts of stain on them and they were as if cigarette ash had fell on it, the child lock on my door was broken and I wasn’t given a tv remote at check in, the booking also said breakfast was included and all I got was a granola bar and a mini muffin bites bag from them

There were people in towels in the alley of the hotel. There were girls coming in and out of the hotel. Something fishy was going in there. Drug deals were happening all around. And then a guy got out of his car and started approaching us. Looking at this, we quickly left but a black car started following us. The moment we called 911, it stopped following us. Check all the other reviews for this place and you will find the same reviews all throughout the internet.

Pathetic, unsafe, scary, and terrifying experience
Positives:
I didn't like nothing about the place. Terrible service, rooms we nasty and way out dated. They said they serve breakfast;old coffee and tang. Nothing at all to eat, not even a piece of toast.

I see why they have a nonrefundable policy, because as soon as I walked in and saw that room I wanted to leave.
