For a one-night stay, it was a good room that meet our needs.
Positives:
Good size fridge. Everything we needed and everything was in working order and clean. Great hot breakfast. Great parking availability for a truck and trailer. Good price. Comfortable.

The room, bathroom, and facilities in general were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Out of my week of travel, this was the best hotel I stayed in from New Mexico
Negatives:
The property is located next to a railroad track, and a trailer park. It is also right off of a major road, which makes it a high target for theft. Despite that, the grounds were well lit and felt safe at night.

The beds sag in the middle.. the dead bolt wouldn't lock on door... the shower handle fell off and broke so couldn't shower.. there was a big sign in parking lot " not responsible for damage to vehicle or break into vehicle. " that should have been my "sign" not to stay there
