I paid extra money to book a hotel with an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and the water was too cold to swim. The indoor pool was the reason I booked and I’m disappointed my plans did not work out.

I stayed there three nights. No one came to clean my room until the time I was checking out. Unacceptable. I only used the do not disturb sign one day and took it off when I was leaving my room to go out. As I was leaving I stopped at the front desk to let them know that I would be out and had removed the do not disturb sign. There were still some cleaning personnel at the hotel. This was about 4pm. When I came back no one had came to clean.
