Nice, clean room, pleasant staff.
Negatives:
Windows don't open. There's no fresh air. The whole place smells of chemical air freshener. It bothered my allergies. The heater is hard to work & makes the air too dry.

We booked in advance and in the "Special Requests" I said we wanted to be as close to the elevators as possible as my wife uses a walker and I a cane. We were at THE very farthest room down the hall from the elevator! I asked if there were any rooms closer to the elevators.
The gal at the front desk spent 2 seconds checking and said no. 140 rooms? A Hilton with no restaurant? Screw our "Honor" membership. Marriot from now on!

Had to get own towels, pillows, etc. . Rooms not segregated from pet occupied rooms. No upper management response to numerous calls to complain and get justifiable compensation. No late checkout for Honor members. Questioned why extra pillows needed etc. Bed was absolutely horrible but say new beds. No response by Hotel or acknowledgement of requests upon stay via app.
