We have stayed in this hotel many times and liked it because it is close to the freeway and restaurants, but off the main drag, so it is quiet, reasonably priced. But will never stay here again: Bad new ownership has let the place run down.
Negatives:
Motel has obviously changed ownership: The formerly nicely landscaped exterior now dry and dying. The outside dining area, was covered with bird poop & unusable, and the nice breakfast room was gone. The parking lot was trashy & the room substandard.
