When I arrived my room key didn't work, I had to have it fixed literally every night. My room was towards the back , so loud freeway noise. People were hanging out on the stairs getting drunk or high. At 4 am on Sunday morning there was a domestic fight between a couple in the next room. They were hitting each other and throwing stuff in the balcony. I wouldn't stay there again , even if you paid me.

There is a staff member there, a male who usually works nights. I know he's just doing his job but I've always had a positive experience here. We had gotten evicted and I'm pregnant and we had stayed there and returned to get another night and this guy didn't let us rent a room because my husband's ID was expired. We're homeless basically but my husband offered for just me to stay and he'd go to his sister's house but even then the guy said no because I had already tried to get a room. I get it. But I mean a little sympathy could've been nice. Especially being pregnant and us always choosing this location to be at but not anymore.

I hated the fact when Check-in the key didn't work 2x.Then finally the worker gave me a key to a totally different room And was told that we would be put into another room.Of course that never happened. I will not and I mean never will I ever Subject my German Shepherds to this never gain.
