Toilet got clogged with very little paper and before that happened water wasn’t flushing all the way right. Instead of them unclogging it they gave me the plunger to do it myself .

I cancel my booking and just after 5 minutes i book again on my first booking i purchased price insurance, the hotel staff told me we will return you money within 10 business days it now almost a month they are not responding to messages and call i will never recommend this place for stay

They didn't have the room I booked, claimed that it was under maintenance smh. The room they offered was dirty, the bed was wet all over, there was only one set of towels and when I asked for another set that should've already been in the room the guy at the front desk acted like it was too much to ask for. It's a $50 deposit and since I didn't have any cash on me I provided a credit card and was told the deposit would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I have yet to see the deposit refunded to my account. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anyone, not even an enemy. Book at your own risk, don't say I didn't warn you!

Their customer service. The clerk had me wait to attend me because he was on his personal phone. The room had a funny smell, the door had a gap which did not closed tight and it was missing the latch to lock.
