I really didn't like anything. Breakfast was horrible, the only good thing the waffles. Cleaning horrible, they even don't take the trush out. The duvet was super stain. The place was alwasy freezing. Tv didn't work well.
We won't come back for sure.

very comfortable bed, great shower, liked the space in the suite. Washer and dryer available. Convenient location, quiet surroundings.
Negatives:
Sofa and chair were a bit soft. Free breakfast would have been better if there had been an egg station. Never able to cast my phone to TV.

The price and it was a nice space room for what we needed. Bedrooms and bathroom were great.

The location was great. Right off the freeway.
Negatives:
I expected more from a Hyatt House. Usually these hotels are much nicer, updated. This one felt like an old apartment. No renovations. Bare minimum in the room. Holes is the carpet. My tissue box was wet, like all the tissues inside. And I had to avoid a whole family of racoons getting to my room. Strange considering the area. City of Belmont is really nice. Wouldn't stay here again and again I'm surprised Hyatt puts its name on this hotel which felt like an old, rundown residence inn.
