Positives:
it was open and had good amenities.. basketball court, pool, nice breakfast set up.
Negatives:
The temperature in the room was hard to set and it was very hot , had to ask front desk to send maintenance to try and fix. Maintenance gentleman came and was able to reset and the temperature got better.

Continental breakfast was great. Front desk was exceptional and very knowledgeable to stay was amazing and the double bedroom suite were exactly as advertised.

You’re really nothing to complain about actually at all my only complaint would have to be the lack of amenities in the front area like the little store. It wasn’t stocked up.

I had booked a room with an accessible roll-in shower far in advance to celebrate my significant other’s birthday. Due to his condition, we needed a roll-in shower. I drove 2 hours to get to this hotel only to be told that the room was not available due to flooding. They knew in advance that the room had been flooded since there was no rain that day and I was never given a courtesy call letting me know they could not accommodate us. And nothing was done to help us find other accommodations last minute. All they said was sorry but we can’t help you. Horrible customer service! A complaint has been submitted.

Outdated furniture, needs to be refreshed throughout the property.
Bed sheets were not clean, noticed some dirt spots on; one day prior to finish my stay those were changed.
While this is considered an extended stay facility as I was told, the expectations were a bit higher than what was found
