Positives: I love this hotel very close to the freeway beautiful rooms very clean the front desk lady super friendly nice and best customer service Ive ever had. Breakfast in the morning my experience was 100% I love this place.

Negatives: No elevators. Front office staff was unattentive and looked like she didnt want to be at work. I asked her for toothbrush she said she didnt have any, I asked her for room on lowerst floor and she said she was fully booked in winter season which is unusual and the parkimg lot was half empty. The TV didnt work. Not enough towels on room.

Negatives: The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, you could feel every spring in the mattress but the bed in master room was very comfortable
