Today I received a letter from Booking.com claiming that I supposedly didn’t stay at the hotel during those days, but that’s not true. I suspect they’re trying to delete negative reviews this way. They might even have processed payments outside of the Booking.com system to avoid paying them commissions. I want to warn everyone considering staying there to be extremely cautious with this hotel, or better yet, avoid it altogether.
