She didn’t let us use the lobby restroom and didn’t get us at all . She was wearing her AirPods which made it look very unprofessional. I couldn’t see her name tag so I don’t have her name but she is a young lady.

Room smelled like mold, Dirty tub, rude staff at check in and check out, I paid $30 MORE than booking.com stated! hallways dirty, exposed conduit doesn't look appealing. Paint falling off walls.
