That they tried to over charge me almost $300 extra for 2 days than the rate I agreed to. I understand adding parking as it was not in my fees but the rest was bogus. They did eventually fix the rate and dropped parking but I had to pull up my booking confirmation email and it took away from my morning plans.

2 1/2 weeks Room service TERRIBLE!!!! BUT….. THE WORSE experience I had was a little STONER that eats food while you’re trying to Check-in! H I S name is VENCHESO!!!!!!!!! The worse piece of shit that I’ve ever encountered at any professional establishment!!! I ask him to help me with towels since made service was not available until you request! Do keep in mind the whole 2 1/2 weeks while I was there I did not have this problem! I observed him eating food while I ask him. Why isn’t the bar working tonight! He was so HIGH that he told me that the bar was not open and he did not know when it would be open! I asked for service when the maid service was not there for his help!VENCHESO!!!!!!!!! SHOULD NOT!!!!I REPEAT…. SHOULD NOT!!!!!! WORK!!!! At any hotel in BeverlyHills! THE NAME OF THE HOTEL IS “MAISON 140” in BEVERLY HILLS!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!! Stay at this hotel!!!! Not to mention, the bed bugs!!! Parking SUCKS!!!!!! $100 a night!!!VENCHESO!!!!! Did not like me questioning his integrity so, he calls the cops!!!!!! And they kicked me out! Once again, I paid $2500 to stay there for business that I needed done for my job!!!! VENCHESO maid this experience the worse I’ve ever had! I plead to management to let this “ NO IT ALL” GOOO!!!!!!! as you could see I’m not a great Texter! And I hate writing long text about any establishment and their employees, but this guy made my experience TERRIBLE!!!!! ladies and gentlemen of the public do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel! mAISON 140!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can’t wait to put my next review about VENCHESO on YELP!!! I hate that he put the Beverly Hills police department to kick me out just because he did not like me question his motives!!????

Very friendly staff clean environment. Close to all the stores and great location for sight seeing.

Only thing was the plumbing in the bathroom. The toilet was running but nothing one couldn’t get by with.
