AC was not working and we were advised to open the window which the room did not have. It only had a sliding door with no screen so we left it slightly open just to get some cool air in. We were not able to sleep well due to the thought of that door being open.

Very central, beautiful hotel, friendly staff! They helped us find my son's missing monster truck and saved the day!
Negatives:
No child cribs available. We booked with the free breakfast for our family, however what we did not realize is that even when booking a room for 4 people, the free breakfast is only for 2 people, and on Sundays they only have the buffet option for which the free breakfast covers half of the price. This was more of a booking.com issue as the restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel but it was pretty upsetting. Would have been cheaper to book without the breakfast and eaten somewhere nearby.

The onsite breakfast option was pretty solid. Good selection of foods, easily accessible, and the chef at the omelette bar was very kind!
Negatives:
The fact that you can't pick a room on a higher floor is tough. Somewhat thin walls and ceilings. It's not entirely the staffs fault or the properties fault per-say, but good luck to you if there's a ton of noise above you.
