I ended up paying close to $400 to stay here for one evening. This is not a $400 a night hotel. Booking.com and this hotel do not communicate with each other and put me through quite a song and dance with still no resolution. I was sick, and asked to move my original booking back by a week, weeks before the trip. I got a message from the hotel (which came through booking.com and APPEARED as having come from the hotel) stating that it would be just groovy to push it back by exactly one week. When I arrived the hotel had canceled it as a no-show, and I almost had nowhere for my family to stay that night. It's been almost a month, and neither of them appears to have corrected anything about it. It's a joke. From all I can understand it is some type of horrible lack of communication or non-existent business practices that lies between these two entities. I would recommend not using either. And the folks at the hotel that I repeatedly tried to get a hold of were super rude. The only kind person I met in the whole situation was the front desk manager on the day I left, AFTER spending over two hours on the first day of our vacation trying to get a refund for the ridiculous overpayment, to STILL no avail. And for some reason, booking.com keeps telling me the hotel doesn't answer their phone OR reply to emails, and the hotel insists that it does.

Noisy people above us kept us awake but this isnt anything to do with the hotel.
