In general, it was a good stay. I needed a good pillow.

1. Pet-friendly.
2. Staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful, engaged, and courteous.
3. King room was comfortable with functional workspace, fridge, and microwave.
4. Breakfast was above average for self-serve facility.
Negatives:
Brawley is a small town so its difficult to complain about the specific location, but hotel is certainly a driving (not walking) distance from restaurants, supermarket, rodeo grounds, schools (e.g., for graduation events, etc).

We had family business to take care of in the Imperial Valley and this is the hotel that we stay at.

Because of work I wasnt able to check in until the morning of my stay so I arrived at 7am to hopefully get a couple hours of sleep. I had my project manager show up at 8 to discuss the project from the night before and what was planned for that evening which lasted about an hour. By 9 I was getting into bed and notice blood on my sheets, went and spoke to the manager, they came to look at the issue and told me the blood was fresh and wasnt there before I arrived, implying that I caused the blood on the bed in the less then two hours I had been there. They looked at the cameras and Im assuming because my PM is a female they must have assumed that her and I had sex and she caused the mess, shes a 64 year old women Im 40, old enough to be my mother. Completely disgusted I left.
