Everything!! The "free" breakfast is a joke. The room had mold, phone didn't work, paint was peeling off the walls, there was a live cockroach in the fridge, the "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke, there was no trashcan in the room,dog poop everywhere.

I wanted to stay another night, but was told an ridiculous amount. I paid $260 for 2 nights. But when I asked about staying a 3rd night. Was told $175. I'm like wth. I checked the price in booking.com, and it was $32 less than what I was told trying to stay a extra night. So I'm dissatisfied cause of that.

I liked the tiny kitchen. After I got to clean it properly, I was able to make a home cooked meal for my children. We recently became homeless so it was really nice to make them a meal.

I arrived and they showed me 3 different rooms, they were all dirty. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean myself.
