Brief but wonderful
Positives:
The accommodations were quiet, the location was central. The room was clean and comfortable. There were all sorts of places to eat within a short walk.
Negatives:
The person or owner, who checked me in tried to engage me in a possibly political discussion and since there were Christian mottos etc around I figured he and I were on opposite sides of the cultural spectrum, and did not respond. I was tired and at the tail end of a very lovely week with my family and that was the last thing I needed.

most everything was great except the A/S system. It kept going on and off, the room was a good temperature but about every 2-3 minutes it would cycle and quite loudly very hard to sleep

Staff is so nice, the location is great. You can walk to restaurants and it's convenient to lots of the activities in the area (fishing, hiking, etc.) Pet friendly with a nice lawn to walk pets on.
Negatives:
The interior of the rooms hasn't been updated in several decades. Hard to find places to plug things in, bathroom dark, carpet kind of yucky. The property and owners are so nice. An investment in updating the rooms could make this the cutest boutique place!

Great location on the 395, pet friendly, dated rooms
Positives:
Arrived shortly after check-in. There was a mix-up with the room being ready, but they were quick to fix and super friendly. They have a beautiful area for dogs to run and the lovely lady at the front desk gave us a few recommendations on places to eat. The room was clean and the bed was soft like a cloud.
