Convenient location, clean room, great breakfast options.
Negatives:
Very uncomfortable bed-sheets have a scratching feeling, pillows were either too stiff or too flat, and the blanket was heavy in that I had to lift it up with my feet throughout the night because it would bend my toes/feet as it settled down (and yes, I pulled it all away from being tucked around the corners.) Also, the tables and seats at breakfast were filthy-all of them. I cleaned our table for ourselves as well as for the next party who wanted our table as they were looking to find where to eat and while tables were available , they were not clean enough to set their plates and utensils down. They thanked me for what I did for them. To me, I paid way too much for this hotel.

Negatives:

I was given an upgraded room or so I was told. Unfortunately, the people who are in the second floor above 106 were so loud and obnoxious and sounded like they were doing laps just after midnight. They did it for about an hour and a half.
