You can tell they try to update the rooms and be a little competitive with the neighboring hotels

The continental breakfast was horrible, there was 2 cereals to choose from and about 6 slices of toast and 2 waffles that youre supposed to heat up in the microwave. Honestly if your going to advertise this as a feature, then put effort into it!!!

Yes. All of it. First off they dont have extra towels or blankets. The rooms smell like an ashtray. And on top of all of it they are charging me two additional days we werent there on not one but TWO rooms. The staff and management Is awful.

I thought because its a best western hotel me an my kids would have a comfortable clean stay instead we seen baby cockroaches 2 in the bed and a few crawling in the bathroom an walls by the TV also the channels on the tv is very limited u only get 2 channels the rest have no signal floor isnt mopped at all they rent to drug addicts so be prepared to be kept up all night from banging and fighting the front desk once again dont do anything to keep his residence quiet an peaceful

The rooms smell very bad, they dont have enough towels, and they took it off every day, and we have to ask for more. They didnt clean the room but they come in just to take the towels .
They didnt give me back my deposit because I paid with card, but never told me abou that.
