Positives: Thank God the hot water was hot the bathroom tile was scummy the mirror looked like mold growing on the back side . A couple yelling and screaming out in the parking lot from 2 till 3:30 . ask for a late check-out and I denied it 11:30 no no

Positives: Location and staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives: Housekeeping would not clean the room during our stay of 5 days. Said they would only clean a room once every 7 days. Had to ask for clean towels and sheets everyday and change the sheets ourselves. Cleaning a room should be priority with COVID.

Negatives: Too much noise. There was either very unruly occupants or construction going on in the rooms just above us. Internet was spotty.

Positives: I really liked the location. It was in an ideal location in a plaza that had multiple retail stores such as Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Staples, Best Buy, etc... restaurants etc... office stores, Fast Food, Gas Stations, etc...
Negatives: The cleanliness of the room was poor due to the shortage of maids at the hotel. There were only 2 on staff. The carpets were stained, the kitchen cabinets and bathroom were not thoroughly cleaned and our room wasn't ready 30 minutes after checkin time.

Positives: We are not happy with the hotel, I asked before we booked our reservation about our dog they did not say they have extra charge and surprised us when we are there to check in that they charge.
Negatives: There ads say bag to go breakfast but when I asked for it they said they canceled it because of covid, they should offer discount to the our bill.
