Positives:
The convenience of the shuttle service to and from the airport, the fantastic hot breakfast, the fantastic staff from the front desk, to the breakfast staff, and housekeeping! I will definitely make this my home away from home every time I visit!

Amenities listed onsite parking and valet parking with possible fee. ONLY parking was valet ($26/night). Desk clerk offered me a $1.00 discount because I complained.

Nice hot tub and pool, although location is outside, and noisy depending on rush hour traffic. Parking was valet. Glad it was available. The "milk and cookies" are always a nice touch.
Negatives:
The room above me had a lot of moving noise around 2:00 A.M. and then again at 5 A.M. Thought it might be a Housekeeping room, but I think it was just late arrivals.

The exercise room could use another treadmill and minus a bike. Or expand fitness center

We liked how clean and updated it was. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast servcie was also very good. The staff are great to work with.

I wish the the closet in the room was bigger. Too small if you ask me. Also, the freezer part of the mini fridge was too small and hard to reach.

Once i found my way in, everything was fine. Staff extremely helpful
Positives:
We had a wonderful stay of just 2 nights. Room was little small but very clean and comfortable. Free Buffet breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious not to mention good coffee all day. Cherry on top was fresh cookies in the spirit of holidays...awesome!

25$ mandatory valet parking per night was not mentioned or I may have missed? Oh....the option was self park but out in the street!

I like the fact it was dog friendly.
Bella My puppy was always greated by Naomi she was very helpful. Naomi also helped with purchasing our universal studio tickets.
The breakfast was also big plus!
Delicious options Daniel in charge of breakfast was always on it, making sure everyone is taken care of especially on Christmas day
I also enjoyed talking football with him as he also gifted Christmas lights for our outing to universal.
The cleaning lady also organized our mess witch was amazing
Valet crew were also Rockstars!
