The only issue that we had was the toilet in our room had a very soft flush (it did not even flush toilet paper and barely flushed urine)to the point that we had to call maintenance to fix it during our stay. It’s something that we would’ve expected Housekeeping to report to management on things like that after they clean the rooms daily to ensure that the guest experience is as good as it could be. In addition, the shower head seemed like it needed to be replaced as it sprayed water all over the place. We left a note for Housekeeping because on both points, it should be their responsibility to report back to you maintenance/management to maintain proper upkeep of the facility. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
