At check in, they told me they took $50 refundable deposit from my card but upon check out, they said there is a parking fee of $24. They should have told me at check in that there is a parking fee. I think there was not transparency. No microwave.

Horrible experience with housekeeping, we even scheduled them to come and they didnt show! We ran out of toilet paper and had to call for clean towels twice Pretty basic stuff but they failed big

I searched for a hotel that included parking and breakfast When I checked in I found out it didnt include them I tried to add them and was told I couldnt Also I checked out a day early and when checking out I wasnt asked why I was leaving early.
