There were problems with the elevators. For the first two days there was only one working. On the day of check out NONE were working and people had to bring their luggage from all floors down dark stairway. A nice staff person was helping all he could but he was the only one available to assist. He was very apologetic but it was not a good position for guests or for this young man who did his best to help out.

The room was clean and the location was good for the airport.

The staff were not friendly (bordering on surly) or forthcoming with relevant information. They didn’t include me on the breakfast list and I had to prove that I had paid for breakfast with my reservation the following morning. Only one elevator worked, which caused delays during busy times.

Convenient location. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
The bathtub shower handle had hot and cold water instructions were backwards so you had to waste a lot of water before you were able to regulate the water temperature. We were with a group of people and 4 other rooms had the same problem. Hotel must realize how easy a fix this is with a correct sticker but a lot of water is being wasted and very annoying to the guests.
For such a large hotel the drive in entrance is not good or even inviting.
