close to the airport, free shuttle

was in a rush to go to the airport in the morning so i asked to send me the invoice with email. sent 2 emails to remind them. no reply. called the hotel and was promised to receive the invoice with email. they still didn’t send it. complained at booking.com who replied the hotel will get in touch with me. never happened. very frustrating.

At check in, they told me they took $50 refundable deposit from my card but upon check out, they said there is a parking fee of $24. They should have told me at check in that there is a parking fee. I think there was not transparency. No microwave.
