Negatives:
Elevator broken before my stay and not scheduled to be fixed until after my stay. Black out curtains wouldn’t close and lights from out side lighted my room. The heater control in the room didn’t work and it was chilly in the morning. Bathroom light was on automatic switch and when it came on it stayed on long after you left the bathroom giving to much light to watch TV and the TV did not have a program guide! Oh and it sounded like I was on the run way with planes taking off and landing. I have stayed at both the Westin and Aloft and didn’t have that much noise!

HVAC was broken. The night desk attendant informed us he could move us, but they have been having issues with the HVAC for weeks and the new room was likely the same. He would not let us check a new room because he said it would be contaminated

Nothing. I canceled this over a month ago, within the 24 hour cancelation period and they still charged me. I'm still fighting them now to get me money back. The kicker is, they told me they'd refund me, then changed their minds. I have it in writing though. I'll continue to Persue this. But I'd never stay there based on this alone.
