Miserable night
Positives:
Unfortunately I had to move to another room due to the airplanes taking off Fri SFO. Even though I was moved to another room we could still hear the airplanes. Mary Lin was super accommodating in trying to give us a better room Great customer service attitude.

The location could be excellent if wasnt for the airplanes taking off thought the night.
Positives:
Comfort of room was good. Bigger pillows recommended for a King size bed. Ease of location to airport and shuttle times.
Negatives:
Didn't like the "soap" dispensers for body gel. Please get real soap. Light over bar didn't work. No one at front desk at check out.

Easy for one night, and convenient.
Positives:
That my dog was allowed (although the price charged for one night was excessive and they provided nothing for my dog including an empty dog waste container for both days). And it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The front desk staff had very poor customer service and did not seem to care about hotel guests' experience in the slightest. They were not friendly and, when we had a problem, were not helpful.
