We had a 3-day comfortable stay. I had a concern when we moved to the 13th floor, yesterday . There was a young Hispanic housekeeper who was on her phone when we got off the elevator. We got to our room, after 5 mins- my daughter noticed that there's only 2 sets of towels again. I came out and this Hispanic lady was still on her phone. I apologized that I had to interrupt her. I asked for an extra towel. She repeatedly exclaimed " NO INGLES! No INGLES! NO INGLES!". It's not a reason! I've been to different hotels and no matter how little or no English housekeepers know- they always try to figure out what you need. To the point that they bring their carts to you! I didn't want to bother this Asian older lady who was very busy doing her job, who tried her very best to communicate- she needs to be praised! I don't believe she doesn't know english.

Close to the airport and they had a convenient free shuttle.
Negatives:
The property felt very old and general maintenance seemed to be an issue. The shower in our room would not drain well and the hallways smelled musty. The room interiors were very simple and old in styling.
