I was told there would be transportation to airport which accommodates disability, however I was sent by shuttle which I had to climb into, followed by being dropped off with my luggage, many many doors from my jet blue arranged wheelchair.

A real bummer. Website should post when breakfast begins and a ready made take out breakfast would have been appreciated as we pre-paid for a breakfast. Would have liked a response to my quiry about shuttle service at airport to the hotel. Paid for a taxi which the shuttle service could have benefited from.
