Positives: The breakfast was a swindle. Although I booked and paid for a free breakfast it turns out you only get up to 30 dollars and surprise surprise a "basic" breakfast costs more and a decent breakfast even more than that.
Negatives: Breakfast was a ripoff, bottle of water in the room in 7 dollars and wifi is 15 dollars a night. No free wifi

Positives: We love this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times already. The hotel itself is wonderful, the view of the water is a treat, and Burlingame is a cute town with lots of great shops and restaurants. The airport shuttle is also a bonus - it runs every 15 minutes. And, if you stay here, do NOT MISS eating at the New England Lobster Company - it is within walking distance and is VERY VERY good!! (ANd, we live in New England, so we should know!!)

Positives: Location near the airport with shuttle to the airport.
Negatives: Busy, noisy, overwhelmed staff. Dining is in an open area by the bar with a great view of the airport and surrounding waters but very noisy, food is only average with horribly inflated prices. Room was ok. Nothing up to the usual Marriott standards.

Positives: The location of the hotel is one of the best I've seen. The view of SFO was incredible and the walking path was really amazing. The inside of the hotel was very beautiful with an incredible ambiance.
Negatives: There is a raised curb on the sidewalk just outside of the hotel leading to the parking lot that should be addressed. I tripped and fell as I was making my way to the parking lot.

Positives: Well... It's next to the airport, and you have a nice view from the bar. That's about it.
Negatives: Stayed here 12 years ago and it was a nice experience. However, nothing has been updated since then, everything feels like it's 25 years old. The staff were dismissive, the pool that used to exist is now gone ("because of covid", but really it's to save money). The room is poorly designed and ugly, the beds are very old and saggy and on visible supports that are cheap and tacky. When I sat down I practically sank to the floor they're so soft. They also have a label indicating which months they should be rotated, but clearly haven't been. Both sink and tub tap had dark brown water come out, even if you ran them for a while the water was tan, with sizable black particles floating in it. I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The TV doesn't even have basic cable, the coffee station is set up far from any outlet with poor quality coffee. Worst of all: PAID WIFI. We're in Silicon Valley in 2025, not 1999. When I checked out all I got was "bye", no "how was your stay"etc. I've stayed at two other Marriott's in the last 2 years and both those properties were head and shoulders above this one. Never coming back.

Positives: transportation to airport
Negatives: The mattresses need replacement; the bed sheets were not changed as they smelled like terrible body odor, and the hotel staff was very rude on check-in because I could not get my driver's license out fast enough for him to check me in, so I presume he decided to put me in the worst room in the hotel. Will not be staying there again.
