The noise level coming from the pool area beyond the closing time was very disruptive. Complained about it several times and took them a long time to manage the situation here at the hotel. I had to change rooms once because the motor and the air conditioning was broken and requested a quiet room location, I got room over the pool with a family of seven children romping in there for five hours well past 10 pm. for each night up stayed here. Lack of enforcement of the pool rules if I wanted to use the pool after a long nine hour workday it wouldn’t of been possible due to the very loud atmosphere at the pool I stayed here a month and a half ago and it was quiet and wonderful and this time it was not I highly doubt I will use this hotel again.
