Clean and rooms were large. Bed was very comfy, facilities were great: large tv, mini fridge with freezer space, microwave, bathroom.
Negatives:
I originally booked a standard room, not knowing that standard rooms face the freeway. So I upgraded for a very reasonable $10 a day to the superior room. Very happy resolution.

Negatives:
Handles on barn door to the bathroom fell off when we arrived. We advised the front desk and when we returned from an outing the front desk told us the handles were repaired. When we arrived at the room after our outing we found out that the handles had not been repaired. When we reported this to the front desk they advised that the handles would not be repaired until the following week. They offered us free parking to make up for the inconvenience of not being able to open or close our bathroom door (i.e., $15.00) which we thought was a pretty cheap make good. Also, the phone in the room did not work so we had to call the front desk from our cell phone each time we needed them. When we left we asked for the contact information for the hotel's general manager, Jennifer Muscarella, so that we could discuss the above issues with her when we returned to our home. The following week we left a voice message on the phone number on Jennifer's business card. WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN CALL FROM JENNIFER AFTER 4 WEEKS.
