The staff is amazing, accommodating and involved. The bathroom in room 116 smells of standing water. The location makes it very noisy,: it's right next to the 111. Then, the hotel was being painted so the machinery started humming at 0700am.

Suite san juan was spacious and staff was great friendly and kind every time we would come down we were greated with a smile and when I called the staff was nice.

The bed was not as comfortable the pillow were small square they look like sofa pillo not long and rectangle the toiletries were too small we had to purchased shampoo, conditioner and body wash
