Honestly, I preferred my room at the SureStay Hotel to the room I had at the Sheraton Hotel at Universal. I wish I had just booked here for my whole trip. I will definitely book here again in the future..

We couldnt open the door. It smell like the room has been locked for days. It felt stuffy in there. Price wise it was not worth it.
