Everything! I cannot overstate that this is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. There was pet hair all over the bedding, which Im allergic to. The shower ran brown water and red stuff came out of the clog. For non smoking room there were a lot of cigs.

Website says free breakfast and my family stayed 4 days and NOT ONCE WAS THERE ANYTHING FOR BREAKFAST!! False advertising. Wont use that place again.

The refund process wasn't as difficult as I anticipated.
Negatives:
I checked in and stayed all of 10 minutes before checking out & asking for a refund. The room they gave me was a pet friendly room that had bodily fluids splashed all over the curtains & the door frame of the room had clearly been pried open. There was no latch on the door & it felt very unsafe.
