We made our reservations online. I was discouraged that I saw the rate drop considerably before our visit, yet I was unable to get the new rate.

Jenny at the Lobby was great; very friendly and helpful; I like the parking down below and secure, worth the $20 per night. The location is great if you like to surf or be close to the ocean. Walking distance to Pacific Coast Grill (recommended). The free use of beach equipment was nice. Also free polaroid.

The balcony could be better. The chair were mostly for single seating. there was one couch that looked really uncomfortable. more love seats; more privacy for different groups. balcony closed at 10pm, kind of early.

the roof top was amazing and the care we received from the staff was top notch! we felt cared for and all our needs were met including beach, chairs, beach, toys, pressed juice and muffin in the morning. It was all just so wonderful.
