Staff was nice to explain that bookings.com credit card didn't work so I had to pay again in order to check in. They provided the bookings.com phone number and transaction number so I could ask for a refund. Bookings.com has not responded to my refund request by email or by phone so I will have to now dispute it with my credit card company.

The staff literally told me that bookings.com was a scam and that I should book it directly with them next time. I am a well traveled person who did not appreciate that.

Parking tucked, check in also...
Positives:
It's a great location, right by the freeway, yet quiet! Room had been given so much attention to detail (coat rack, a C-shaped coffee tray by couch, night light in bathroom, extra chair, sun and night pull down shades... etc) The breakfast was superb with lots of choices open for four hours, great coffee! Staff was very courteous! ($ 20.00/day parking fee but safe and spacious parking lot)

The breakfast was exceptional and your staff, all the way around. The only very serious problem I had was the height of the toilet. I have bad knee and was out of work for two days after my stay without pay, because I could not walk. I've never had this happen at any other hotel. Bedspread a little scratchy and the heater was a little temperamental..
