Jasmine was very knowledgeable and very caring. Kept me updated and was good to me and my family.the only bad was parking as I know you hear alot. The last night I was parked near the pool and the spot to the right of me was a red line for fire trucks.someone parked in the spot to the right and gave me no room for me or my 4 year old daughter.

At arrival our room smelled like sewer then AC wouldnt turn on till about 3 am. After a long day out I didnt get any rest with little sleep because I had to leave the door open so the room can air out. I have a 5 year old that I didnt want walking up and wondering out. Our first night was definitely very inconvenient. We werent able to get accommodated to another room.

The staff was great. Jasmyn at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast choices were good. The bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Although the hotel was a distance from downtown Carlsbad, there were plenty of selection within a mile.
Negatives:
Fair amount of noise from the road. Our room was the closest to the road however. Also, the stands that contained the cleaning supplies (hand sanitizer and wipes) were empty.
