Positives:
Clean, nicely furnished rooms, very convenient for long (or short) stay if you want to have kitchenette access. Also looks new inside.
Negatives:
When we came for breakfast at 9am (was served till 10am) many items were ran out and no-one was restocking them. There was no milk left next to cereals, no muffins left, no fruit, no waffle dough and it was not refilled. Looked like it was a great breakfast but half of it we were not able to have.
